My Thoughts About Glenny’s Greek Yogurt Lovers Bars

I was sent samples of Glenny’s Greek Yogurt Lovers Bars in the Strawberry flavor and the Chocolate Coconut flavor.  I found the snack bars to be incredibly good! The Strawberry bars are slightly sweet, have a soft texture with the Greek yogurt giving a tad bit of extra richness.  The Chocolate Coconut bars have a nice chocolate intensity, bitter sweet filling, with a hint of coconut all wrapped in a delicious outer layer of Greek yogurt. VERY YUMMY!

The only problems I have with the new product bars are that they are bit higher in calories than I usually allow myself for a snack.  I tend to grab treats less than 100 calories and the bars are 130 per serving with 50 calories from fat.  Have a hunger melt down and grab two bars…you basically have eaten a small lunch.  Additionally, the product package only comes with 4 1.1 oz bars, which in my opinion is rather small.  I would like to see 6 bars per package with a price under $6.00.  I’m just tossing my honest opinion out there.  Besides that, the Greek Yogurt Lovers Bars are extremely delicious and perfect for stashing in your purse to satisfy those moments when you need something to get you through to the next meal.
