I first learned about this app from Lori ( A Cowboy’s Wife) and Jessica (Riding With Jessica) who are also members of Collective Bias. The discussion was how to enhance your blog and I believe this app is a MUST for anyone who is serious about reaching new readers or a cool way to follow your favorite blogs no matter where you go. Of coarse you need an iPhone or iPod touch to be able to use the app.
MotherApp “extends your brand and your reach” by converting your blog and tweets into a personalized app in just a few minutes! Your probably wondering how much this is going to cost you right? The good news is its FREE with a 50/50 in ad revenue or you can choose the ad-free plan for $99 a year.
I have not created my app as of yet, because I am waiting to hear back from MotherApp, but it looks fairly uncomplicated. All you need to do is enter your RSS feed URL, Twitter name and a description of your blog along with two images. How easy is that? MotherApp takes care of submitting your app to Apple for approval and will notify you when its available for download.
