My Sneaky Mom Tip To Getting A Fussy 3 Year Old To Eat Healthy!
Do you have any great tips to get your kiddos to eat healthy? I have a few, but the one I know works in my household the most with my fussy 3 year old son is to purchase healthy foods with cute packaging. I know it might sound silly, but children are very acceptable to marketing and advertising. The cuter the outer package looks…the better they believe the food tastes! If you can’t find any packages in your area that would appeal to your child than make your own! You could easily put fresh cut vegetables in bags and place adorable bunny stickers or other fun images on it. Then make a big deal how the bag is meant for just him or her and they can ask for it anytime they want to. You could do this with all kinds of different foods like cheeses, apples, and other healthy snack foods. Give it a try!

I use the dipping sauce ploy too…my kids will eat just about anything if they can dip it. I have them help me come up with different ideas for dips and dippers and have them help me make them too.
This encourages their interest in food preparation and healthy foods.
I will be checking out the Mum Club site and their kid friendly recipes, thanks.

Great tip on getting the kids involved with the dip selection process! We use the dip strategy as well and it works wonders for my picky eating 2 year old. Thanks and looking forward to future posts.

best dipping treat for fruit is yogurt mixed with peanut butter and a dash of cinnamon!
