Baked Kale Chips Recipe
Ingredients:
2 heads organic curly leaf kale
2 tablespoons organic olive oil
Sea salt, to taste
Directions:
Tear the kale into bite size pieces. Toss with olive oil and lay on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 10-5 minutes (doesn’t specify what temperature) until crispy. Store in an airtight container.
Makes about 4 cups of chips.
