The Croods trailer is pretty awesome. If you haven’t seen it yet, check out the video at the end of this blog.
I’m a massive fan of animated movies, so it came as no surprise to me that I’d absolutely love The Croods trailer, but I didn’t know just how much. I must have watched this clip hundreds of times already – at least I’m prepared to tell you about it!
The Croods trailer starts out with the caveman patriarch, Grug, telling the story of Crispy Bear. Essentially, she died because she didn’t listen to her father. Deep, huh?
The three younger children as absorbed by the story, but the eldest daughter, Eep, is fed up of being preached to about the dangers of the outside world and discovering new things.
Inevitably, her father’s overbearing nature leads her to make a break for the outside. Eep sneaks out at night, breaking her dad’s one rule: NEVER LEAVE THE CAVE.
She defies his wishes, climbing the steep walls to find out what lies above ground. Just as she catches a glimpse of the bright sunshine and spectacular landscape, her world as she knows it starts to crumble around her.
All of a sudden the dark and dingy cave is opened up to a whole new world. The bright, vibrant colours and dramatic music in the Croods trailer make us excited to start the journey with the Stone Age family.
A whole world of new adventures is now right at their fingertips. From exotic birds and jungles to spectacular fireworks and colourful plants, the Croods haven’t seen any of it before. Eep guides us through the Croods trailer, showing us that she’s up for the new challenges that await them, whilst Grug is his usual protective self.
What will happen to the world’s first family on their adventures? I can’t wait to find out! Watch the Croods trailer now:
