On April 9th, Lionsgate and HIT Entertainment released the all-new “Thomas & Friends: Railway Mischief” DVD!  Featuring never before seen adventures from Thomas and his engine friends, “Thomas & Friends: Railway Mischief” is only on DVD exclusively at Walmart for a limited time with a suggested retail price of $14.98!  Also included with the DVD is a bonus, collectible “Calling All Engines” poster and fun bonus features to keep little engines entertained such as the Sodor Hide & Seek Game, All You Need Are Friends Music Video, and Guess Who? DVD SYNOPSIS

Put on your engineer’s caps and get ready to blow your train whistles in this all-new Thomas & Friends exciting DVD!  The DVD contains five episodes from season seventeen that your preschooler will sure to enjoy.  In each episode Thomas and his engine pals learn how sometimes friends are needed to help them get through the day and back on track to becoming really useful engines again.

Along with the “Thomas & Friends: Railway Mischief” DVD comes a Thomas & Friends Calling All Engines 2013 Collector Poster.  The poster features a look at the tracks leading to Sodor Steamworks and Brendam Docks. The opposite side of the poster contains pictures of the Thomas & Friends Take-n-Play collectible die-cast metal engines.  I notice the older Thomas & Friends characters are part of the promotion, but new engines such as Hero, Kevin, and Scruff are not shown.  My son had fun looking at the poster and imagining the engines puffing down the tracks!

Bonus games include a Sodor Hide & Seek Game where the player has to help Thomas look for his friends on different locations on the island.  In the Guess Who? Puzzle bonus feature the player is ask to guess what engine it is before the puzzle is fully put together.  Both games are cute and fun for Thomas & Friends enthusiasts.

My five year old loved the “Thomas & Friends: Railway Mischief”  DVD and watched the episodes over and over again!  The DVD would make an awesome addition to your child’s Thomas & Friends collection!
