Whether you are looking for a gift for your child’s first day at Kindergarten or you want to make the transition easier for a child that is returning back to school after the summer, a great gift can make them feel excited about continuing their studies. If you are looking for a wonderful back to school gift for a niece, nephew, son or daughter, here are four cute gift ideas that are guaranteed to delight.
Go Back to Basics with Teddy Bears
Going to school for the very first time can be scary, but a cuddly toy can offer comfort. Teddy bears make great gifts for children of all ages and while they may have been around for generations, they are still a popular choice. One of the best things about giving a teddy bear as a gift is the amount of choice on offer. There are teddy bears for budgets of all sizes and you can even choose to personalize your teddy bear online at Shed Load of Gifts to make it extra special.
A New Lunch Box
A fresh school term requires a new lunch box and you can find them in a range of fun designs online. This is a great gift for children who take their own lunch to school as they will enjoy a lunch box that features their favorite theme or cartoon character. You can also have school lunch boxes personalized to add an extra special touch.
Personalized Stationary
Stationary is a back to school essential and new pencils are a practical gift that will always be well received by children of all ages. Personalized pencils will make it easier to keep track of your child’s stationary and will hopefully prevent them from ending up in other people’s pencil cases.
A Personalized Backpack
Being organized is essential for any school boy or girl and a backpack ensures that your child has all of the essential equipment to take on the day. A backpack that is fashionable and functional is the perfect addition to any child’s school wardrobe and is the ideal back to school gift. Invest in a high quality backpack and give your child a gift that they will treasure for years to come. Once again, having it personalized is one way to keep track of your child’s possessions.

I love the teddy bear idea for younger children. Having something from home to keep at school that is so snuggly would be nice 🙂
