My son was lucky enough to receive the KEEN Pagosa Low WP in Cascade Brown/Red Dahlia for the fall season! These hiking boots are amazing! KEEN constructed the boots with a waterproof breathable membrane and rugged waterproof leather with a mesh upper so your little man’s feet will stay dry and comfortable during the wet weather. No worries about splashing in trail puddles and getting wet socks while wearing this quality built hiking boot! Additionally, the Pagosa Low WP features secure fit laces for quick and easy on and off along with a non-marking rubber sole to help keep your floors scuff free. The tough rubber outsole provides plenty of traction for worry free slipping and sturdy support for exploring the trails.

If you decide to purchase the KEEN Pagosa Low WP for the upcoming school year I recommend letting your boy wear them for a week or two before heading back to the classroom in order to break the boots in and get use to the feel of the hiking boots. As with any new shoe, it is best to let a child get use to them before heading off to the playground or having to spend many daily hours wearing a different type of shoe. My son immediately loved these boots the moment he put them on, yet he is use to wearing this type of style so he knew how they would feel on his feet.
