*A slight adjustment to the Red Velvet Cupcakes. It says to use heart shaped silicone cups, but I just used a normal muffin tin with cupcake paper-liners. So, if you don’t have the silicone baking cups and still want to try the recipe—normal muffin tins work fine. The baking time was 13 minutes. Using the muffin tin only yields 20 cupcakes instead of the 24.
