Those who run any form of online presence, be that a place to discuss mindful living or inspiring quotes, a YouTube channel dedicated to tutorials, or a careful and appreciative discussion of the challenges we all face in life, positive work is not easy, nor does it come cheap. That being said, it is tremendously worth it on all counts. Many content creators or publishers will likely agree that if one person can find value and the ability to stay on top of their life to the best degree thanks to our efforts, it has all been worth it.
But sustaining the positive work you do, particularly in an online setting where competition is rife, can be a tough process. It can even be confusing. Not only that, but it needs to be timely, as while the online platform can seem vague and immaterial, our time spent curating it does need to be compensated to some degree, in order to allow us the time to continue and to keep giving the best we can.
So how can you yourself sustain the positive work you do? We would advise the following words:
Donations
It may be hard asking for donations, but you needn’t straight up ask for money. Simply providing a donation link in the description of your videos or at the footer of your website can show your appreciation for completely optional support. This humility, in turn, may even convince some to support you. Additionally, services like Patreon exist to help you give higher subscriber benefits to those willing to support you month to month, allowing you to provide better content and get to know your community more wholeheartedly.
Advertisements
Advertisements can often matter, especially when trying to gain further adreach. Automating large Google Ads accounts is now perfectly possible, and can give you a seamless and organic means of redirecting people to that which you want to promote. Additionally, hosting advertisements on your website can allow for that space to be paid for, giving you a regular income depending on your traffic size. A polite notice on your website or web page gently reminding people to disable their ad-block can also help them support you without having to donate money themselves.
Affiliations
It can also be worthwhile to affiliate yourself with a marketing company, such as those interested in best SEO practice. Clients will often pay them to host written content on your blog, which can be inkeeping within the overall content you give in the first place, and provided you have a disclaimer telling your audience about contributing writers, you can seamlessly place affiliate links (perhaps one or two an article) to earn further money. This is much less unsightly than a full advertisement or asking for donations, and the recommended products, services or firms may even have something to offer your interested readers or viewers.
With this advice, we hope you can continue to spread your positive messages for as long as you intend to.

Great suggestions and I really like Patreon where subscribers pay a fee to help support whomever they would like to subscribe to.
